Paul has over 25 years’ experience in finance, working with Westpac Bank, Australian Guarantee Corporation (AGC) and Scottish Pacific Business Finance before co-founding the ABL Corp group. Paul loves working closely with business owners, assisting them in difficult financial situations to build sustainable value and operate profitably.
Katie has over a decade of experience in the finance industry, both in public practice and as a commercial CFO at Aveo Retirement and Aged Care, driving the overall profitability of the company. Katie is passionate about using her strategic planning skills to help small business owners better monitor financial performance with accurate accounting information.
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, having previously worked as a Database and Hosting Consultant at QM Technologies, managing highly secure hosting environments for clients like Westpac, ANZ and Suncorp. Matt leads the delivery of our IT Managed Services and Cybersecurity solutions, working closely with our technical team to help clients build secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments. He oversees strategic technology initiatives, strengthens cyber resilience, and ensures our clients' infrastructure is proactively managed to support their business goals.
Rob brings extensive experience in sales, business development, and client relationships to his role as Sales and Marketing Director. He is passionate about helping businesses grow by understanding their unique challenges and delivering practical solutions that create lasting value. Rob is committed to building strong partnerships and ensuring every client receives exceptional service and support throughout their journey with ABL.
Kelly works closely with the management team to ensure ABL's strategy is successfully executed across the group. As Operations Manager, she oversees day-to-day operations, supports collaboration across our teams, and helps deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and staff.
Sam is a highly experienced infrastructure engineer with over ten years of experience supporting and managing complex IT environments. Specialising in virtualisation, cloud and enterprise infrastructure technologies, he excels at solving challenging technical problems and delivering stable, secure and high-performing systems for clients.
